Day 1: Departure (Thursday)
Location: Melbourne Airport
Details: Depart Melbourne International Airport for a flight to Los Angeles, USA.

Day 2: Arrival in Los Angeles - Free Day (Friday)

• Cultural Immersion Day – Porsche Experience Centre (LA), Universal Studios, Disneyland, Automotive Museums.

• Team dinner with WPC Group CEO Nicholas Wyman.

Day 3: Free Day (Saturday)

• Cultural Immersion Day – Porsche Experience Centre (LA), Universal Studios, Disneyland, Automotive Museums

Day 4: Travel Day (Sunday)

• Depart Los Angeles to Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.

• Evening: Apprentice Team Dinner

Day 5: Porsche North Scottsdale dealership and Workshop Experience (Monday)

• Welcome and introduction to dealership team.

• Meet-and-greet with Department Heads (Service, Parts, Sales as appropriate)

• Overview of dealership operations, performance standards, and brand history

• Q & A session with team at Porsche North Scottsdale

Evening: Team dinner – invite open to Porsche North Scottsdale Dealer Principal and Service Manager

Day 6: Dealership Visit and Workshop Experience (Tuesday)

Work Placement at Porsche North Scottsdale (hands-on session with Porsche automotive technology).

Evening: Free Time

Day 7: Dealership Visit and Workshop Experience (Wednesday)

Work Placement at Porsche North Scottsdale (hands-on session with Porsche automotive technology).

Evening: Team dinner.

Day 8: Day College Visit where possible - introductions required (Thursday)

• Visit to USA Porsche College – to understand how Porsche Apprentice training operates

• Explore local technical training facility

• Compare apprenticeship models

• Australian apprentices to meet and greet students to discuss how the apprenticeship system works in Australia

• Australian Apprentices to engage in Porsche training with students at college

Evening: Free Time

Day 9: North Scottsdale cultural learning (Friday)

Visit Penske Racing Museum, Phoenix

Evening: Flight to Los Angeles

Day 10: Free Day (Saturday)
Free day in Los Angeles

Day 11: Travel Day (Sunday)
Return home - Depart USA for Australia or apprentices' extended travel.
