WPC Group in partnership with Penske Automotive Australia and Porsche Centre Melbourne, are proud to offer the 2026 Porsche Apprentice Scholarship Program - Scottsdale, Arizona.
In 2026, a Penske Porsche apprentice will be provided with a once in a lifetime opportunity, travelling to the United States for a cultural and career development tour.
This apprentice will see first-hand how operations in varying and differing environments impact workplace training and skills development.

This scholarship will see the apprentice travel to visit selected Porsche Dealerships in the USA

WPC Group will provide:
A WPC Group mentor throughout the scholarship program
Branded uniforms and personal protective equipment
All flights, transfers, accommodation, meals, and insurances
To be eligible, applicants must:
Be working at Penske Automotive Australia Dealerships
Be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
Hold a current passport with at least 6 months of validity
To qualify, applicants must be a current 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice at the time of departure.
