This offer is subject to the person you referred being placed into employment with WPC Group and will be valid upon the six month anniversary of their employment commencement date.

The initiative is only valid for referrals provided to WPC Group between 1 January 2025 and 31st December 2025.

This initiative is also only available for current and completed WPC Group apprentices/trainees and labour hire employees.

The ‘refer a friend’ initiative/offer is not redeemable for cash, nor is it exchangeable or transferable.

WPC Group is not liable for any damages, loss or injury relating to what is purchased with the gift voucher.

WPC Group is offering 4 weeks free for any new First Year Apprentice or Trainee
placement commenced between 1 May 2025 and 1 July 2025.

Standard Terms and Conditions:

  • Offer applies to new vacancies created for First Year Apprentice and Trainees between 1 May 2025 and 30 June 2025.

  • The Host Employer must comply with WPC Group’s standard terms and conditions (available on request).

  • A continuous six-month engagement of the Apprentice/Trainee is required.

  • Eligibility for the rebate requires all invoices to be fully paid and within terms under the WPC Group Host Employer Agreement.

  • The rebate is equivalent to 4 weeks' wages (20 working days) and may include a cap (details available on request).

  • Credit will be applied to the Host Employer’s account.

  • Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • Host Employers are responsible for any GST obligations associated with the rebate.
