What is a Business Traineeship?
A traineeship is a structured program combining paid employment with a nationally accredited qualification, typically at Certificate III or IV level.
It’s a cost-effective way to bring new energy and capability into your team — with trainees contributing to real work outcomes while they learn. Business traineeships are generally 12 to 24 months in duration and ideal for entry-level roles across corporate, government and not-for-profit settings.
