Celebrating Excellence in Automotive Apprenticeship: Jack Chaplin's Achievements

Recognition and Reward

We were thrilled to announce a significant achievement in the journey of our dedicated automotive apprentices. Jack Chaplin, a qualified apprentice at Porsche Centre Melbourne and former WPC Group apprentice, was awarded the prestigious 'Automotive Apprentice of the Year (Light Vehicle - Key Client)' award at the 2011 Kangan Institute Apprentice & Industry Awards Night.

Jack's Journey to Success

Jack's journey at Porsche Centre Melbourne has been marked by an unwavering commitment and a remarkably positive attitude towards his training and performance at TAFE. His dedication not only shines within the workshop walls but also extends to his academic pursuits, setting a benchmark for excellence in both practical and theoretical aspects of automotive training.

Supportive Pillars: Mentorship and Collaboration

At the awards night, Jack was pictured alongside two key figures who significantly contributed to his apprenticeship journey: Giles Hunter, Service Manager at Porsche Centre Melbourne, and Mark D'Aversa, WPC Group Mentor. Their guidance and support have been instrumental in fostering Jack’s growth and development in the automotive field.

Looking Ahead

Jack's achievement is not just a personal milestone but also an inspiration for all young apprentices who aspire to excel in their respective fields. We look forward to continuing our support for our apprentices, ensuring they receive the best training and opportunities to succeed.
