What company size do you cater for?
Our team is experienced in developing and fulfilling small
to large scale recruitment projects. This was recently
recognised by the Australian Government, where our national
NISSMAP program was rewarded with the 2016 Australian
Apprenticeships Employer Award. The judging panel based their decision on factors such as vocational education, mentoring and collaboration with stakeholders. With a focus on developing relationships and partnerships with diverse community groups, external stakeholders, training providers, schools, TAFE/RTO’s, community leaders, youth, parents and industry we can proudly claim an 87% completion and retention rate, compared to the industry average of just 50%.
How do you offer young people unique opportunites?
Our Citi New Recruits Program, facilitated by the Skilling Australia Foundation, works with disadvantaged young people, many whom come from diverse sectors in our community.
The program develops the necessary skills to obtain
employment. The foundation awards excellence and leadership scholarships, which provide support through financial assistance and help with the purchase of pre-employment training, work-experience, transport, clothing and trade tools for the apprentice or trainee.
This means that passsionate, career driven candidates
are not limited by circumstance.
