Business trainee Carina Ardizzone has received the Phil Darby Memorial Encouragement Award. Carina accepted her award at the NSW training Awards, held last night at the Sydney Town Hall. After finishing school, Carina was living away from her family and struggling financially. She didn’t know what career she wanted and university seemed too expensive.
